It's HIGHLY reminiscent of the original Terminator theme. Which is perfect, really, considering the environment Temple Ruins takes place in (no, not a map with lots of unused space).

I quit playing once they started screwing us over with regards to how XP applied to weapon and skill unlocks.

2012 saw some great RPGs, The Last Story, Pandora's Tower, Xenoblade Chronicles. I would recommend listening to Xenoblade Chronicle's OST.
Brute is nothing its all about the Engineer with a Thumper/shotgun/RepairKit these days for general fun now of days.

Wow is it sad that his number one game is one I haven't even heard of? Guess I just don't like shooters and that's all there is to it.
And so ends my Top 10 for 2012. A big lack of Nintendo and handheld games, but that's mostly because the ones I played were from other years. I guess for me, this was a big year for Indie and PC games.
I'm all about the Brute, a heavy class that can cause havoc inside the bases (to defend or to attack). But I,d say 80% of the time, I'm inside the Beowulf tank shooting everything in sight. Very hard to master which is why barely anyone uses it. The one thing that's disappointing about TA is the soundtrack, which I thought was awesome in Tribes 2. They abandoned the rocking music and went for more of an epic feel. This theme is easily the best and most memorable one.
Well that was unexpected. I haven't been this addicted to a multiplayer shooter since Counter Strike and Tribes 2. I played this game way too much at the start of the year, took a break for Diablo 3 and Guild Wars 2, then came back to it. It's my go-to game whenever I want to get the blood pumping. I like it so much I even made a gameplay video. The learning scale is pretty much perfect, it can be very hard at first until you find the class, the weapons and the playstyle that fits you.
