For me Best Willy stage theme better than the classic Wily stage form Megaman 2.
It took then until their freaking 3rd installment in the series to even get remotely close to accurate box art. And even thigh Mega Man looked a little... derpy... To say the least...
And then in MM9 and MM10 they made it bad on purpose as a callback. Not that I'm complaining - that art is awesome in its own way.

The first and one of the best Wily themes ever. It doesn't beat the first Dr. Wily's theme from MM2 though!

I still remember to this day my first buster only run of Megaman 1. People say Megaman 1 is hard because of your lack of abilities, no wall jump, no slide, etc. I find it to be entertaining for that reason. Just 2 buttons and just skill.

I'm horrible at old Mega Man now (except for Mega Man 1). Yeah great tune here. I always loved Mega Man X and Mega Man Legends, but nothing like the 8bit classics!

Welp, we have a year now to expect news of all kinds. Let's at least try to have a little hope that mayhaps more things besides SFXMM and RMXover will be released. I for one would find it interesting if they released a Battle Network Collection or a Legends Collection(similar to the 15th anniversary)

Well it's been 25 years since this game's release. I've always said my favorite games in the series are the 8-bit ones, so that would be Mega Man 1-6 and 9-10. My three favorite are probably MM2, MM3 and MM9 in no specific order. There's just something the gameplay and the visual style of the 8-bit games that stick with me. I do like the X and RPG series too. This theme invokes the "nearing the end" aspect with a tint of sadness, which represents this series pretty well right now.
