I remember the first thing I did after hearing this song while playing the game was to go try and look it up because I thought it was a real 80s song. It sounded so authentically 80s that I never thought it was a modern song made just for this game.

As a guy who grew up in the 80s listening to a lot of synth, I love this jam! Totally fits with the look of the game. Glad the developers went with this for the music.

She actually says Lees, you know, Lee brothers. It really hard to hear and i'm sure everyone (even me) thought she said please but nope. I rip out the games sounds not to long ago and pretty much every dialogue from each character is named on what they're saying.
I've never played this game. But this music track... Something's just so perfect about it. One of the best tracks I've listened to. I see this game is sold on Steam. Maybe I should get it.

@Metroided R34 It was a decent effort,but the controls were kinda clunky. If you want a Double Dragon game done right,play Super Double Dragon on the SNES.

I just realised the arms and hands in the artwork have simply been mirrored (one is blue, the other red), they're exactly the same... Except they forgot a little blue spot on Billy's glove.
Billy and Jimmy seem to actually have the exact same everything except some facial features/sideburns. Their hair is even the same just a different color! That is some effective laziness!
I gotta say... when I first saw the Trailer for Double Dragon... I *facepalmed* at the idea of it being sooooo ridiculously cheesy (esp the Twins doing Air Guitar at the end of it). Playing the game on PSN, I 180'ed. I gotta admit... they did a *brilliant* job with the 80s style/feel.

WayForward really did well in going with the 80's feel for this game and Kaufman certainly understood that with his soundtrack. He really achieved the 80's cheesiness with this song and its lyrics. The single player is alright but the game absolutely shines when you play with a buddy.
