@Sammy102093 I've owned them since I was 16. None of my PCs have had a hardware malfunction yet. It helps that I know how to build and maintain them though.
I've never had a console fail on me except for my PS2 and PS3. Well,the PS2 didn't fail, its just I needed a newer model for the newer BIOS since some games wouldnt run on the older model's BIOS

I know if this game sold on PS3 as well it would have sold more. This is also one of my favorite Uematsu soundtracks as well. The battle themes were top notch in this game.

If this game had come out branded as Final Fantasy XIII, it would have sold 10 billion copies. Fantastic game.

Xenoblade wasn't made by these Sakaguchi, nor was it's soundtrack composed by Uematsu. None of the Xenoblade team had experience with Final Fantasy, that was the connection I was making with the other 3.
The creator of Final Fantasy made the FF1 in the believe that it would be his last game ever, which it wasn't. When he created The Last Story, he believe(d) that it would also be the last game he'll ever make

Ah, thank you for the clarification(never owned Xbox, though I'm interested for a few exclusives, such as this game. Brother had 360 and we played this, I loved it, too bad he liked it but then traded it in...as he often did with great games, to get the next one)

This game was incredible, extremely underrated. I have the get every treasure chest achievement to prove how much I played this game. Got Last Story from Amazon can't wait for it to get here so I can play it.
From what I understood, Microsoft gave him funding to found the studio but not to create the games. If so all his games would have been 360 exclusive yet he's released games on Nintendo consoles as well. That was all his choice since when fans earlier asked if games would be on the PS3 he said something to the effect of looking into it.
No but someday I will. I'll probably buy it now though in case it becomes hard to find.
If it wasn't 360 exclusive it would have sold well better. Biggest mistake for a JRPG. Especially at the time it released with an even smaller install base anyway.
Ah, I need this game but have no 360. Hopefully a friend will let me borrow theirs. I bought The Last Story despite having no Wii since have to support Sakaguchi although using a relative's to play it on.

One of my favorite RPGs of this generation, also one of my favorite Uematsu soundtracks which is saying a lot. His music accompanied the game perfectly with a mix of nostalgic old-school tunes, emotional tracks (especially during the dreams) and powerful battle themes like this one.
