Sounds like Iwadare. You can defiantly hear more of his trademarks then Koshiro's.

Oh yeah, hearing this in the game was pretty cool. I stopped to listen because it was kind of unexpected, but in a good way.
He also had a stellar list of musicians working with him on SSBB.

I haven't played this game yet but it has quite a nice following and i'm happy to see that. Sakurai seems to have awesome connections with video game music composers when you look at the stellar list of musicians who worked on this game. I decided not to go with the obvious choices but went with a unique jazzy track that stuck with me very quickly. The composer is not confirmed but I'm pretty sure it's from either Koshiro, Takada or Iwadare.
