Oh man, this is 300 times better than the one track that keeps going over and over again on the NES original. I think it only changes once when you get to Blobonia.

I remember playing the original on NES. I hated it, but couldn't stop playing. I probably hated it because I was very young then and had to rely on my nintendo power mag to figure out what i was doing. aww... the good ol days

@SupraDarky Its a pretty fun game, but it clearly didnt go through its full development. Some of the level designs feel a bit sloppy, and require you to do things that feel like glitches. Something I am sure the dev team didnt intend.
I own and have beaten this game. Its entire design is lovely, reminiscent of a children's movie. It's a very charming remake of a game I loved as a child. If you play through, you can unlock some bonus material, like concept drawings. One of the unlockables is a video where someone on the staff dressed his toddler like the boy from this game, and had him hug a pillow, to use as inspiration for the hugging-the-blob animation in game. It's adorable. But I digress. Excellent choice here, Supra!

This music certainly is intensely relaxing. My mind is buzzing with the thought of a calm evening.
I've only played this shortly at a convention back in 2009 but it seems like this was a great remake. I'm a fan of the atmosphere and the relaxing music.
