Never woulda thought this was from Spyro.
First game I ever played.
i renember this music from cloudy domain i had completed the game and always liked to go back to cloudy domain i still have the disc for the game but the game does not work anymore :( but i will still always like the game i might get it again some time this music brings back memories :) also i have skylanders and it's not actually bad it is good but they could of kept spyro normal but i really like skylanders and glad that..... SPYRO IS BACK!!!!! :)

I actually do agree something should be judged on its own merits but I can't really blame people for judging it as something from the same series.
I disagree with you. Season of Flame and Attack of the Rhynocs were great games, and far truer to the original three Spyro games than this game.

@SupraDarky Well, Skylanders is actually not "real" Spyro game, if you want to call it like that. It was developed without Spyro at first and Spyro was added later to get a better initial reaction because Spyro is a known character.
I loved the original Insomniac trilogy but gave up soon after they left. Same with Naughty Dog and Crash Bandicoot. I loved both series so much as a kid, it was sad to see them become franchise zombies. Nice song though.

@Yareyous its about the same reason people hated the Banjo and Kazooie: Nuts and Bolts game for Xbox360 cause it took old characters and put them into a whole new game, completely different from its originals.
At about 2:55 the music stops and goes on for like 50 seconds. This is bad because I use a repeating site to listen to music (it's better for me that way)...please fix this.
Sounds like an unlikely quality soundtrack.
@Yareyous It's the fact that Spyro was put in that upset people, not the game itself. I hate that they are abusing a loved character like that for free commercial

Nice selection. Even though a game is bad, it can still have amazing music (a few Sonic games come too mind). I really miss how games had a bouncy, fun attitude about them before all the main characters had too be bald marines with such huge muscles, it'd make Frank Miller blush. I guess Rayman Origins and Ratchet and Clank are still holding on by a thread. I think Spyro really deserves a AAA team behind it again. :(
Skylanders is a good game but Activision just marketed it as a Spyro game instead of a new franchise to garner in sales and play it safe. The game seems to have no connection to anything Spyro, only in name. This is the only reason I have for not actually BUYing it. Although younger gamers with no knowledge of Spyro would get it a majority of the hardcore, or just regular fans, of the series won't pick it up to due bad faith.
I've tried it, Skylanders is good but it has one flaw...if you're gonna go for it, go all it or know what you're doing. Because it will cost you a lot overrall for the whole experience.
I really loved this game. The ability to play as different characters and the "open world" feel of the game makes this one of my favorite Spyro games. I just wished that they brought back the Sorceress instead of Gnasty Gnorc... or at least in addition to. She's my favorite antagonist from the original PS1 trilogy. She was more competent and delightfully evil than Ripto in my opinion.
I never tried the PS2 Spyro games, I just played and loved the PSX ones. Maybe someday I will try them, even if they are not good...
Hey Supra, thank you for adding a Spyro track! This series has some of the most underrated music out there! Also have you played the original three? The soundtracks for those are amazing, and fun fact: the composer was the drummer for the band "The Police!". Keep up the good work!
You know sometimes I forgot that spyro has good games.
I've never actually played the game myself so I can't really judge this, but to me this music doesn't seem to fit the title "Cloudy Domain". It gives me of more of an ethereal atmospheric vibe than the jubilant bliss I feel when thinking of clouds. Still an excellent composition regardless.
Compared to the first three, a laggy and boring piece of crap. Pretty cool music though.
wow this song took me by surprise, at first it sounds kinda generic and dumb and then it kinda becomes pretty interesting and cool
@supraDarky i got Skylanders and it is really fun! But you got all of those people who played this game and don't thnk that skylands is good because they are trying to revive it. The overall gameplay of Skylands is what they should judge, not the fact that is spyro

It's good to see the new Spyro game (Skylanders) might actually be a great game. It's been getting great reviews so far. This game was pretty good, especially after Enter the Dragonfly. I much prefer the old Spyro design than the new one too.
