Almost gave up on this game because of that level...
This came up in a playlist I'm listening to and only really half paying attention, at around 0:35 I thought it was turning into the Flintstones theme and almost broke my keyboard at the thought that someone had crafted this entire playlist just to trick me with SilvaGunner.

Seeing this video made me want to play the game again and I'm doing so right now. The only downside is that the cartridge doesn't save data anymore.

The guy who made the music to this game, also made the music to Blast Corps, some other games (I think Goldeneye is one of them).
Y'know I realized, why is it Donkey Kong is always running from enemies on his box arts when in the games he usually runs toward them to defeat them? FALSE ADVERTISING!

Never understood whether the Land games were either ports or brand new games. Only had the DKC games on the SNES.

I could never forget this game. Even though it was stolen years ago, I still remember the tricky platforms and the flying pigs.
Love this game! I love the music but the levels were such a PAIN!

I have fond memories of this game, I bought it when it released and I liked the banana yellow cart. I remember having a hard time in one of the cloud levels, but it's been way too long since I played it. This was at a time when I used to buy and rent games based on their box arts, I got lucky sometimes with actual great games like this or Earthbound (I had to get that giant box).
