Because of those games, it changed me alot and it made me less of an asshole. Seriously, the writing of P3, P4 and Catherine is fabulous and it's easy to relate to. I'm SO glad that my brother picked up Persona 3:FES and Persona 4. I also got myself Persona 3 Portable for the PSP and I kindly report that I do not regret one single bit of it.
I hear some Jazz. Which would explain why most of the persona tracks have trumpets or saxophone.
Well, at least in this game you can choose which ending to take depending on the choices YOU make. You can even hit the neutral ending if they both don't interest you.

@Lonewolf349128 I disagree. It proves that videogame can be as shallow and self-indulgent as the Twilight movies. The game is fun but the writing is nowhere near literature/movie standards.
I like how the soundtrack that came with the game didn't feature any of the awesome, ORIGINAL, music. I like this, the bar theme, and the song that plays in the bathroom at the bar.

@SupraDarky I'm not much of a puzzle person myself either, but i'll tell you what these puzzles have you on your toes. They might be frustrating but there aren't really many "Oh thats bs" moments, but just taking a moment to think about them they are easy enough to figure out, and a lot of the bosses are pretty..err...creepy I suppose is a good word, but you'll get why if you play the game. The story itself is absolutely amazing, one of the best ive seen. And the music is great without saying
Meh, Shoji Meguro has always been great with j-rock and electronica but his modem classical songs never have impressed me. He's not very good with an orchestra, rock is his strong suite. Mind you, this sounds pretty good. What's up with those trumpets, he just loves those huh? I've heard them used in Persona 3&4

@SupraDarky It's an "adult drama". The main character is being pestered by his girlfriend to settle down and marry, and one night gets caught up with a bombshell girl who's -not- his girlfriend, and shit starts going down; on top of that, he gets caught in nightmares which could kill him if he fails to escape. It's... definitely something unique!
The game is similar to Q-bert, except a hell of a lot harder. At least it was for me. :(
I can't wait to get this game! Loved the demo and can't wait to see what the rest of the game is like!
I downloaded this soundtrack because of this song the moment I finished the demo. But before that I sat in the main menu of Catherine for several minutes. Way too good!

Is this a reference to Catherine's...y'know, golden locks(the lower ones)and he gets a show or something? Honestly, when it comes to this game, any question I feel can be a legit question.

It is ironic that you made that statement, though, because Americans are always derided and stereotyped as "Stupid Americans" when they assume that people from other countries know English... even though as you pointed out, it's extremely common.

@drunyon214 Counting only people who's finished school, then I would say about 90+ %. English is an obligatory subject here, so almost anyone who's finished school should be able to speak english. 9 years of english should be enough for anyone to learn the basics of the language. I'm sorry if I came of as a jerk btw. Didn't meant to. I could just import the game anyway, though that is abit more expensive...

I'm still iffy about the game itself, but I'll buy the soundtrack without hesitation.
If you're going to play this game, expect mindfucks. It'll have various endings, too and messed up nightmares.

@SupraDarky As far as i know the gameplay is mostly the block puzzles, but its mainly about the story with tons of anime style cutscenes, dialogue choices, a morality system and I assume atleast two endings, one for each of the girls (I could be wrong though, i'm just going on what i've heard)
It's confirmed for Europe, but they'll have to translate the language to italian, french, german etc first...Which means it will take a few months extra because of that. God I hate when I have to wait for games because of this reason. I mean, who doesn't know english?
I have a huge urge to get Catherine if it comes out in Europe...but I'm afraid if I'm in for a huge mindfuck
This certainly looks like an interesting and unique game. I'll have to watch some videos though because I'm still not too sure what it's all about except it has puzzles. Music by Shoji Meguro is always a good thing though, so that's a part of the game I know I'll like.
