who needs ps4 games when i still have games like this i need to beat and play.
Loved this game. I was completely blown away by a demo of it that was realeased LONG before the game finally saw the light. The camera travles were top nocht (not worse than Crash's games) and the music... oh dear, the music of this game is a MASTERPIECE

This totally reminds me of "The Forgotten Capital" from FFXII. Heck, they're even in the same key :)
One of my favourites for PSX. You can't negate similarities between this game's atmosphere and Nightmare before Chirstmas. The music sounds quite Elfman's too. I definitely love the whole soundtrack

Just got this off the PSN, fun game.
probably the first game I played all the way through to the end...though there is one level I never got 100%...I wonder if i should do this in future times
I like this game for its Terry Pratchett-esque dark sense of humour and definitely for its music. I've had the PSP revamp sitting in a pile of unplayed games for almost 2 years now, mostly because the cartoony intro startled me away. :D

some of the puzzles in this series were hard for kid back in the day.
The Medievil 2 will be a disappointed, no doubt. It jumped to very different themes than the first one, and it totally lost that feeling of magical world. This game however: one of the best adventure games ever. I totally hated that level where you have to use mice to scare those grass elephants, though >.<
Aw damn, I liked the sequel and wanted to hear some music from that.

Funny, I was lsitening to this trac earlier today. It is one of my absolute favourites. Thanks Supradarky, you need at least one Medievil song in your vgm list to make it perfect. Seriously though, I was actively searching for this song to listen to just a few hours ago. The psp version wasn't all that good in dialoge, but people gotta stop compaining about the music in it. The remake's soundtrack deserves a look too. Gallowmear Waltz fot instance.
This was one of my first PS1 games, and one of my first games period. I remember playing the demo of this game, back when PIzza Hut put playstation game demos with their pizzas. xD I'll always remember this game and the series.
That new "medievil" game looks like pure and utter shit.

I loved this game. I'm a sucker for games with horror/halloween atmosphere. I remember this theme very well, mainly the piano's looping melody. It fits the "haunted ruins" image perfectly well. I haven't played the second or the PSP game yet though, but I'll get to that someday.
