There are so many good tracks to this OST. It also helps it was one of my favorite games growing up, even if it had one of the worst password systems known to man.

@SupraDarky when your walking it always feels like your legs are going to die , but when your finnaly in a cafe , at home , or somewhere you can sit after the long walk , you feel awsome

oh yeah!! finally! there are a couple of epic scores in this old game.. lots of people have missed out on this one completely. glad it made the list!!
@Arc13 Yeah I walk a lot, but going up those mountains was quite a bigger challenge than what I'm used to. Especially since I was the one with the heavy backpack. Loved it though, it was worth the pain.

@SupraDarky Huh, I walked same distance today myself. Ankles were sore but I think I could still go some more if I had boots instead of sneakers. It is grueling.
It's sad to me, that the hybrid type gameplay never really hit a stride of progression in the gaming universe, over the years. I guess one couldn't have expected much though, given the niche market for shmups.

@SupraDarky Its funny thats you were climbing mountains. My GF is currently on a 6 week geological summer field study camp thing and shes having to hike around everywhere too! p.s. wish us luck on being seperated for so long, we really miss eachother ;_;

This was one of the first games I played when I was about 3 or 4. I still remember being horrible at it and destroying my NES with untamed rage! I deal with it better now though...Thanks for posting this!

Well today was probably one of the most physically demanding days of my life. I trecked through about 18km (10 miles?) of mountains. I didn't think it'd be that hard, but it was. Anyways, I had to add this game to the list. I loved it as a kid, I liked the hybrid gameplay between space shooting and top-down action game. This melody stuck with me the most over the years.
