@Aviotes Infact I'd say this song has the background from "The Legend ~ Joch's Cave Theme" and at 1:40 similarities to "What the Forest Taught Me" ... although this may just have been an excuse to listen the whole secret of mana soundtrack again :P

@Arc13 Not entirely true. . . The Secret of Mana games, Chrono Trigger, Terranigma, and they ported o'er Tales of Phantasia awhile ago. Too bad for Star Ocean though. . . That's one I'd really like to see come over, that's old though.

@SupraDarky It's a yes...for staying in Japan. I was on a Shining fix, and then that news just...sigh...Japan keeps all their RPGs to themselves... their best ones that is.

I'm really happy to hear something from Kikuta again. His work on both SNES Mana games was way too good for him to just stop there. Hopefully he keeps on making more music for popular games. I'm not sure what's the status on Shining Hearts outside Japan, but I unfortunately have a feeling it will stay there.
