When I listened to this I was like, damn this whistling, you heard it before, well I think i figured it out. Remember that strange Mem that was popular a while ago? There was an animated girl swinging a chive back and forward in an endless loop while singing "daeimbabadidibidabidu" or some stuff like that^^. Its called "levan polka" check it out and you probably see what i mean ;D

This is a SRPG which never got released outside of Japan, I don't know if it's actually a good game or not. It seems a bit like Fire Emblem from some battle gameplay I've seen. This title theme is pretty short, but I really like the instrument quality and the simple whistling melodies.
