idk why, but this song makes me feel nostalgic for some reason...which is funny since ive never played any of the SMT series...
Shin Megami Tensei can really make you think sometimes about how evil or good you can become in the digital world, I haven't played this one, I only played the ones of the DS and Persona, I'll have to search this one, if only for the soundtrack.
@shadowgilgamesh Again, thank you. All very helpful for getting to know a series I've been meaning to try out, but always given mixed reviews(as in they comined the review of one game with another).
@shadowgilgamesh Thank you. Also nice to know Atlus is behind the stuff. So I guess if it's similar to FF and they aren't connected? Or do you mean they're connected from game to game and I'd have to play 1 before 2?
I have not had the pleasure of playing this game (I know, I should be smacked). But I do LOVE this music! Very relaxing and it fits with the general feel of the Persona games.
@ShadowMario64 There's many things you could call me, but selfish probably shouldn't be one. As I always say, I take suggestions (and I love those because they sometimes make me remember games I forgot about), not requests. Should I take requests and add them to the list even if I don't like them? That's not the point of my list. If you think I'm being selfish for not taking requests, then please, feel free to find other channels that do. Thanks.
@Arc13 They are subseries in the Shin Megami Tensei series. Think Final Fantasy in a sense.
I need to know, does the series have multiple names, or are Digital Devil Saga, Shin Megami Tensei, and Persona all from the same people? Cause whenever they're referenced to me, it's ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS in the same sentence and strung together like they're the exact same thing, it leaves me baffled, confused, and unsure where to start the series.
@ShadowMario64 while i agree he does use far too many ambient/ peaceful tracks and that i find myself faveing less i still find lots of good tracks like 836 Tintin : Prisoners of the Sun - Stage 4-1 (Aboard the Pachacamac)

I'm honestly of the opinion that just about anything on the DDS soundtracks could qualify for this list.
I could really see a game with music composed by Meguro and Koshiro (Streets of Rage), a collaboration by both would probably be quite awesome. I see some similarities in their style.
