Erm...I'd disagree. Plenty of things were worse than the dialogue for the series as a whole(Like X7). Now if you wanted to say ZX games, i'd agree here it's tolerable at best.

I like how this game makes references to the classic series (you can even use E-Tanks and W-Tanks!), and its story takes place after the Zero series (and for that matter, X series). I'm still waiting for a third game, especially after reading about the extra ending scene in Advent.
@SupraDarky they actually do say c'est notre espoir, but they have a very strong japanese accent. Japanese accents are hard to understand in english sometimes, but in french its like trying to read their alphabet without any knowledge of it! Greetings form Switzerland SD!

@SupraDarky Definitely. ZX Advent is amazing, possibly even better than ZX (hard to say). I LOVE the atmosphere and the environment of both games, some of the best I've seen in video games.
Green Gradation, Cinq Ville, Area O, and Last Area are definitely the best themes of this great and highly underrated game. If the point of games is to be fun, then this game certainly succeeds. Most said this game was bad because of its story but let me ask you this, since when did we play platformers FOR the story? I thought that was the RPG genre and for platformers if we got a good story, that'd be a bonus treat, not the necessary focus. It's like asking Mario to be deep...pff BWAHAHAHAHA!

@SupraDarky i think you would like it. played through both myself. found this one to be a lot more fun though. reason being is that in the zx advent you actually change into the ones you get (sounds and all) so kinda sucks in a way.
I always liked the piano part in this.
@SupraDarky I never noticed that they were saying something. I speak french too and I can't understand a word. I don't know why they used french words for cities or character names. Some character names were just wierd like Truite or Anguille. At least no one is named Barbotte :p

@SupraDarky i heard the "can't go disco" too, but when i listened more carfully i hear "c'est norte espoir"
I always wondered what they were saying in this song until I saw the title. I can definitely hear the "Cinq Ville", but after that I'm not sure about the "c'est notre espoir" part, I always hear "can't go disco" in the end which makes no sense! :P It's french for "Five city, this is our hope". It's hard to hear, especially if the video isn't at least 720p. Fun game, I should try ZX Advent someday.
