This was composed by Yasunori Mitsuda. That dude is a legend with The Chrono series and Xenogears series in soundtracks..it's too bad this game wasn't recognized for that alone.

So this was composed by Mitsuda, the same Mitsuda who was the composer for Chrono Trigger and Xenogears, right? Damn, that man is a genius.
Heh. One of the comments mentioned that the cover is odd due to the fact that the guy is wearing a modern T shirt and there's giant monsters behind him. The reason for that is explained in the opening. He's from the 'real world' and gets drawn into the fantasy realm during the intro.

A year later: It's about a boy that is on a quest to find his parents, and accidentally ends up in a fantasy realm, and has to explore and fight his was through the labyrinth. It was quite fun when I first bought it. Not sure if it's stood the test of time tho! P.S. Sorry for the super late reply

@azulichigo Ninja Gaiden II (the NES game, not the Xbox 360 one), Chrono Trigger, Radical Dreamers, portions of Final Fantasy VII and Xenogears, Chrono Cross, Final Fantasy XI, Baten Kaitos and Sands of Destruction are his major games.
The placement of his dog is really poor =(

@yamihoon Yep ;) I'm actually surprised to see Mitsuda working on a relatively low-profile game like this. He could probably be making far more money (and a wider audience) working on larger projects.

I got it for 10$ Im at the part where your in a house, its where the dog comes out of the hole when you lure him, then you find a secret wall. Ive been EVERYWHERE and i cant find my dog, nor get anyplace new.

This was the fourth Kato/Mitsuda combo, after Chrono Trigger, Xenogears and Chrono Cross, but before KiRite and World Destruction. As usual, a great experience!
Yes, I would say so. I got it for $10, so if you can find it for that amount, why not give it a try?
I love this game,but my favorite song is "the legendary sword" and my second is "roaring dance" and then this is my third ^_^ i really enjoyed the game,and i recommend it to anyone who has a DS!
