Is it just me, or does anyone else notice that this song sounds very similar to Parasite Eve's "Arise Within You" (also known as the battle theme)? Just thought I'd point it out. Pretty interesting.

@Sephiko Yes, right then it sounds like M3. It sounds like a mix between Mom's Hometown, Going Alone, and Murasaki Forest. Well, it mostly just has the same bass sound going on with those, and a similar sounding piano thing. I'm curious as to if Supradarky agrees, or if he or someone else can pinpoint the M3 song that it fits with the most.

This makes me want to buy it and I'm not even a fan of realistic driving simulators.
I have pored at least 30- 40 hours into gt4, and according to the ingame %-o-meter, im about 15-20% complete. Its a big game to say the least.

Reminds me of something from Kirby 64 and the Crystal Shards. Something along the lines of before a boss battle or on a scenic level.

I still find it crazy that Gran Turismo 4 was able to play with 1080p and so was Polycom's other game (I forget the name.) Great song.
@dx619hey Actually yes, that thought crossed my mind. The bass that kicks in at 0:58 made me think of M3.
Anyone else think this sounds like something from Mother 3? It's definitely that bassline.

I've preorded my GT5 already, I suggest you do the same to same a bit of money I'm also trading in my psp to get a ps3 just for this game haha, 34R skyline FTW!
I've always loved this tune, really relaxing. I wish it was longer though. As always, 720p/1080p has the better audio quality. I'm looking forward to GT5, though I'll probably wait until I'm less busy to buy it.
