I remember playing Legaia 2 off a whim. Never played the first one and probably don't plan to--I just love this one too much. If it was supposed to be a continuation, it never felt like it was. In fact, it probably should have just been a stand alone game so people can stop comparing it to the first one that has almost nothing to do with it. It's the kind of annoying thing people do with Xenogears and Xenosaga or even Xenoblade. They hardly relate to each other... BTW, love this song.
this reminds me when i am at my hoometown which is near the sea i think of this song this hands town is a song that reminds me of my hometown everytime i visit it :)
yes!!!! indeed LEGA 2 continues the legacy of LEGAIA 1, we can see it all starting with the beautiful music ..... oooo!!!! and it is true also for some improvements to the battle system (with accessories and weapons multiple and abilities evolvables , variable arts, arts miracle, Maya's way to attack and so on ...).
I miss legend of legaia, legaia 2 not so much =/

Just like with Lost Forest (one of the VGMs I've listened to the most, and one of my top favorites overall), I love the way Sakimoto uses the guitar, very relaxing.
