This is a popular racing series amongst Arcade fans, made by Namco. Wangan Midnight is originally a manga btw. Also worth pointing out that Yuzo Koshiro (Streets of Rage) is behind the music for this game. Pretty upbeat and hardcore-ish, perfect racing song to pump you up.
