I really wish I completed this game.
Found Klonoa to be damn fun, and also being a very likable character when you're getting used to their imaginary language.
I played this game in the PS3 era as PSOne classic. Neat controls and nice stage design and music. Overall the game provides a satisfying experience. Highly recommended!
This is going to sound really wierd, but this song always makes me think of Star Wars 7. Its the part with the bells that does it. It calls to my mind images of heroism, powerful emotions and otherworldly vistas.

So nostalgic. Every time I hear this, it brings me back to when I was younger playing this for the Wii back with my family, I remember we used to have fun and see who could beat which level first. It makes me sad, but in a good way. It's hard to explain why I feel that way. But I just miss it.😥

This song sounds like it has bugs in it at the beginning and that really bothers me.
It is kinda weird that buzzy sound. But I think it was meant to be something else. Maybe like a....idk....i though of it as a magnetic feild.

Game music is my favorite genre of music, bar none. Because music should capture your nostalgia and games do it like no other.
This actually captures my nostalgia and I just finished this game only last year. This music gives me this feeling I haven't gotten in a long time. And I friggin' love it! :D
@TheDukeofJuke DUDE! Same here. I never heard of this game as a child, but it makes me feel like a child listening to this music. ;n; Klonoa has a spiritual connection with me.

This game was unbelievably fun to just pick up and play, the controls were quite generous/simple to learn and I thought their vocalizations during narrating were absolutely hilarious. It was incoherant nonsense, but very amusing.
This track for me captures the heart of the PlayStation, in general. That era of gaming that was so new at the time and yet so professional in its game-making. The music was superb and exquisite like this. It had to be. PlayStation literally made a name for itself with exclusive titles, like Klonoa. Hopefully that trend will never die. The innovation of Sony impresses me even to this day.

I dunno if you already knew this since it;s been a year since your comment, but after you beat the game you can get the original voices back, And yes. It was WAY easier then before the Wii Remake.

Beautiful, brought tears to my eyes, lots of memories from when I was little & I also remember my mother crying over the ending to this game, but unfortunetly it has been 7 years since she passed away. R.I.P Mother, I will always love you, my heart beats for you in this track.

few days later i want to add, that this game was really great, it took me 22,5 hours to get all the 12 reverse coins and all 150 gems in every stage. the difficulty reminded me of getting all platin medals in "blast corps" for N64. i love this game! thx again supradarky :)

I just played and beat this game recently, and I must say, I loved it! I beat the playstation version... Needed a lot of save states for this level, though. >.>;;
@whit52489 Yeah, the windmill song is definitely one of the best tracks in door to phantomile and mine of lights (stage 2) is awesome too.

@Arc13 The Wii version has better graphics and english VA (which seems to take out the charm of the original). I've been told it's too easy though since you have 6 hearts instead of 3 and the attack range is longer.
Alright, is the Wii one a remake or what? Cause I want to play this but if I do I want to play the original first. It looks so goooood. :D
Klonoa is one of those games that leaves you with a lot of fun memories and every time you think about it you cant help but let out a smile. A great game with great music indeed.

@TheTKC I quite liked the wii version, it lives up to the original quite well so long as you turn the english voices off. It's not that the voices are bad so much as you get more charm out of the phantomilian voices. It's also fairly cheap, especially compared to the original. I think I saw Klonoa for the PSX going for around 100 dollars but I got my wii one new for 30 bucks. I'd say it's a steal.

Finished this game again in one sitting yesterday, I hadn't played it since its release so I needed to refresh my memories. It's still a really fun game so it aged very well. I remember the ending making me sad back then and I know I wasn't alone! This song really stood out for me yesterday (especially when 1:42 hit), it's very chill/dreamy and you know you're near the end. The first half of the song takes place inside the tower and the other half outside, with less instruments and more ambient.
