1. Mega Man X. 2. I'm really not sure. If we include mavericks, though, then I might go with Magma Dragoon. 3. Either Sigma Stage 1 from MMX1 or Falling Down from MMZ4. 4. Probably Mega Man, because he has so many weapons for so many functions.
1.) I would say Megaman X4. The story is good and I love playing Zero. xD 2.) Metal Man... It's so metallic and rock. 3.) Mega Man 2 Intro / Dr. Wily Stage MM2, Crash Man's Theme and Elec man's Theme. 4.) Mega Man of course. He's in Super Smash Bros after all. xD
1) Megaman X. Loved exploring and re-exploring the stages, and how much mobility you have in that game (dash-jumping off walls, etc.). 2) Woodman in MM2; I absolutely loved how you could 1-shot him with Heatman's charged up weapon :P 3) Probably something from X, though it's been a while since I've played any of them. 4) Protoman with his light saber and (presumably) Jedi powers. "This isn't the robot master you're looking for." // *ping ping ping* (as Megaman's shots are reflected right back at him).
+rhuiah As far as I know, ProtoMan has never had a light saber. I think you're mixing him up with Zero.

It was the first game to nail the megaman formula right, but some things weren't that good, such as the overpowered metal blades, the upsetting ending, wily stage 4, the fact all the bosses are too easy, etc. Megaman 3 was about as good, IMO, but it had friggin' top man. 1. MM2 for being the best game in the series so far, it had the best challenges without becoming impossible to play and the coolest levels by far! 2. Metal Man: He looks cool and I like his passive attack style: unless you come too close or fire at him, he'll just stand there and do nothing. His weapon is coolest by far and the accuracy with which he throws! <3 3: MM2 Woodman and MM2 Dr. Wily Stage 1/2 4: MegaMan all the way! He's like Chuck Norris.
1. MM3 for having all the MM2 Robot Masters AND Proto Man. 2. I'd say either Metal Man or Knight Man (their just both bad ass, Metal having an awesome weapon and Knight for just looking cool) 3. MM2 Dr Wily Stage 1/2 4. Both, because Mega Man beats Proto Man and he can have other weapons, while Proto Man is cooler, he knows when Wily is trying to trick Mega Man and actually saves him, and gives him his shield in MM7. I think their pretty equal.

such a satisfying choice as for me I played a lot of Mega Man on my original gameboy (don't know what version) and I was really frustrated by the difficulty. So in reality I'm not an expert on Mega Man at all and yet I find this series and music to send a shiver down my spine with its nostalgia effect. My favorite tune is Dr. Wily Stage 1 and 2 from MM2. I hear it often while playing I Wanna Be The Guy haha.

Proto Man's basically a modified Sniper Joe, but Mega Man is kind of stupid in the newer games.

Wow, I was just like you as a kid. Green's my favorite color, and I thought snakes were cool. My video game character to represent that was Reptile from Mortal Kombat though... my parent's aren't too strict as you can tell. And I never really played Mega Man, so I can't say, about those questions. I've only ever played Mega Man 9 really. A little bit of 7 as well, but I'm sorta familiar with the series. Don't have favorites though.

Heh, the first Megaman game I played was also on the Gameboy Question 2: Elecman. Electrical tower was always my favourite theme from that game and it has stuck to me for years. Question3: Well Wily Castle 1 from MM2 and Electrical tower Question 4: Megaman for Versatility, Protoman for the killer Scarf and Shades.

1. Megaman 4 was the first megaman game i played and owned when i was a kid. It deserves to be my fav. 2. Metalman's weapon it's great! so... Metalman 3. Dr. Wily's Castle Stage1-2. btw its my ringtone 4. It's true Protoman comes right when you need him, but the one who destroys the 8 robot masters time after time is the one and only blue bomber.
Bit of a confession to make but I've never had a megaman game. Played a rom a few times but that's it. Saying that I do have a couple of the soundtracks which are just sheer awesome. Trying to name a favourite is a toughy though. I quite like bubblemans theme.

wow congrats my favorite megaman games: oooooo all the classic ones (1-M&B and Gameboy 1's etc. basically the original robot master fightin ones) my favorite robot masters: WoodMan, ChargeMan, PlantMan, FTW! my favorite themes: wow umm well my favorite robot masters would definetly be in there, but really i like em all!
