I only ever experienced this game on a demo disc, but this tune has remained in my head ever since
Although this game my have been forgotten through the passage of time. It will always stay alive as long as we keep those memories deep within our hearts.

Secret legendary piece of video game music. A really nice game too! A niche member of its own era. What I’m saying is, they don’t make em like this anymore. So you really gotta play this if you want a taste that doesn’t exist anymore.

This really brings back memories of that first level on both Mint and Rue's storylines (at least I remember them having this same level early on). Funny enough, I beat this game enough times as both characters that even the final boss ended up being a three hit kill lol such a good classic

Playing as Rue is damn amazing, and I remember stuck on that Dragon thing cuz I got low health and I decided to level up. Best game ever.

@Nunya Bizniz Its a very good game, though there are no vocals. But there are lots of conversations, and you can choose between two characters that has different yet crossed stories. You can choose between a spoiled "EX"-princess who was kicked out due to her being a slacker, or a doll that has lost his purpose but found it thanks to a nice lady. The story of both are good, but it needs a sequel.
+Juriel Primary Agreed, this game was more lighthearted in the story and plot and pretty short compared to other big titles at that moment such as FF VII or VIII, Chrono Cross, etc. Heck, it's even shorter than Brave Fencer Musashi (around 10 hours to finish the story). It is enjoyable as it wasn't too demanding : I didn't need to spend many hours to grind since it's leveling system is so unique that you will be able to face any boss as long as you don't run away from enemies (I mean literally run, this is a hack and slash action platformer RPG), similar to Chrono Trigger. There's also not many secrets I need to unravel A.K.A. easy to complete 100%. But it still gave me a hearty challenge and difficulty. And especially, the environment and musics are so good and let's you immerse yourself into it's world. There are a fan-made sequel to this game where you play as Mint and her sister in 2 player mode, but unfortunately, it's Japanese only.
@Sam Akechi I do hope it gets an HD remake sooner. But I think that it didn't made it to the charts, I guess the game is no longer given importance.
I loved this game despite it's clunky controls and it's super simple story hahaha, maybe... just for the OST.

@SupraDarky I definitely study my school work to music such as this. It works to full effect to calm me down while I'm figuring our math problems or just kick back to music while I do work on some essays. I missed playing Threads of Fate, the first time I played was on a demo at a store, then I played it with a friend whose long since moved away for no end. I just couldn't stop touching that game and playing it. I still remember I used to make sounds while attacking enemies playing it...
The very begining (background in general) reminds of Fireflies from Owl City...

Threads of Fate has one of the best video game soundtracks ever IMO. Yes, just as good as classics like FF7 and chrono trigger. got this game when it was first release back a decade ago, and still have it till this day.. my only PSX game left. Great Upload as Usual Supra
