A collection of my favorite videogame music. Note that most of them are from games I played so I might miss some great ones from games I never played.

The best boss battle theme in the series I think.
The only thing that bothered me about this fight was how very easy it was to dodge/counter the attacks. But besides from that it was amazing. And I really have no idea how many times I fought against the final bosses because of this great music
+fate255, incase you haven't played it yet, the final boss is a villain named Fawful who has combined with the Dark Star, and ancient living item with the power to consume the world in darkness and despair, something literally made of raw evil, the dark star copied bowser and changed into Dark Bowser, and fawful wanted to control the dark star so he combined with the core of the dark star, and you get to play as bowser fighting dark bowser and after that you get to play as mario and luigi fight the core of the dark star and fawful witch was turned into a disturbing bug like thing with a huge freaky smile.
the title of the song is called "In The Final"

Seems perfect for a plants vs zombies movie, you know? Like, say, sunflower is captured by the zombies, and peashooter must fight against Dr. Zomboss, 1 on 1? It could work...
PS:Once my friend was playing this game and he fell asleep, and Bowzer and Dark Bowzer were staring at each other, the whole time. After reading this, you will laugh.

this game blows my mind of how awesome it is! It oozes personality with great dialouge and an unmatched story withposibly the best character ever concieved by mankind (Fawful). The graphics are extremely charming and look awesome and nostalgic at the same time. The music will implode your mind!

@74k4r0 Superstar saga's the best of the 3, nothin wrong with stating the truth. Partners in time was really good too, and so was bowser's inside story, but i felt this one was a little too short, eh?

Superstar Saga: Best. Partners in Time: Holy crap disappointing. Bowser's Inside Story: Not as good as Superstar Saga, but a hell of a lot better than Partners in Time.

@somerandomteen Dude the same fucking thing happened to me I got this game in August and shortly after I got swine flu. I was getting better of the flu and fighting the last boss on this game. =)
I bought this game a long time ago and only recently played and finished it. It's a pretty good game and this theme is spectacular! One thing that bugs me though....I don't wanna know how the pipes in Bowser's body work and where Mario & Luigi come out of. o_O

This boss was amazing, my respect for Bowser increased a lot. And it was awesome fighting the Shroobs again :') Quite cool Imo

I've played through Bowser's inside story and almost finished with Partners in time, but I never forget this song. Here's to hoping the final boss in Partners in time is just as awesome.
Luigi has a sweet deal going for him. He eats his ass off, becomes SUPER Giant, and with marios help, dose massive damage! And after the attack, he looses all that weight gained. Only Nintendo my friends, im glad they admire Luigi as a great icon of humor.
@ubersnoobers Bowser, is he good or just damn awesome. Even Villians can become super heroes, as shown in this game. ^^

I liked the game, but i only liked playing as Bowser. For some reason i just didn't like playing as the brothers. Also, i felt the game was way to short. and the final boss was a joke. Awesome music, but a joke.

It's actually a widely loved - and arguably very overrated - game. I don't understand at all how this is said to be the best DS game ever, but it is.

Yeah and i've seen the ending where he finds out they were in there (Worst Ending evey By the way...) But it still doesn't appeal to me... I would rather play Superstar Saga than any other ones. Thanks for not Flaming me with a bunch of hate comments too because I don't like that game... *Points at my -5* >_>

I haven't played the game because the story of them in his belly keeps me away from it... Plus I don't have a DS. I mean if your going to make Bowser a playable character, make him as a Side character not a main character like in SMRPG; UNLESS, Bowser is the main character in his own game or VS. Mario and Luigi...
The music for the final boss is reminiscent of some of the later Rainbow Road tracks int he mario kart series.
Oh gosh, you're only about the third person I've met that was as disappointed with this game as I was. I did dislike Bowser in this game as well. His gameplay consisted of "RAAAAH I'M SO STRONG HEY THERE'S A ROCK LET'S PUNCH IT OH NO ANOTHER ROCK LET'S PUNCH THAT TOO". Plus, having just one controllable character in battle is boring.
Personally, I think Nintendo went wrong with this entire game. Like seriously, Mario and Luigi in his belly? What happened to the classic Mario & Luigi? Why can't we go back to that instead of changing all of this crap up? For me, the Babies ruined Partners in Time and for this one the entire story and not having M&L as the main characters kind of ruins it. If your going to make Bowser a playable character, DO IT RIGHT! Look at Super Mario RPG for instance, Bowser was in it, and it was perfect.

I've only played the first game in the series, but this doesn't sound like a Mario & Luigi song.
Well, playable Bowser was surprisingly mediocre, Mario & Luigi's segments were quite monotonous, Fawful was completely ruined as a villain, the environments were all bland and lifeless, badges were made useless, etc. I dunno, I don't mean to offend anyone, but I didn't like it. =\
I really think this song was to overrated. I'm not saying it's bad but Mario and Luigi: Partners in Time's Final Boss song just had a better final boss theme. It really set the atmosphere for a final boss with a "This IS the final boss and all hope is lost." This one sounds like Happy Deathtime techno. But I have to admit I have listened to this song more than PiT's song. But PiT's FB Music had a better mood for a final boss than this one did. But I also never said that I didn't like this one!

Love this game and its soundtrack! Just one of many great tunes made by Yoko Shimomura for this game.
While I found the game to be very disappointing (Flame shield ready), the music was pretty good.
this game is actually very easy with observation to see the attack indicators and with good timing on the dodges/attacks/counters. I just did a little grinding to get the characters up to level 40 or so then beat the final boss without using any special moves at all. Just regular attacks and observation.

That happens during the Snack Basket special attack. Weird as it is, especially with Luigi getting all tubby, it's a very powerful attack.
