Actually, it's not connected to the series. They were making a real JJ3 but they had cancelled it. You can find a leaked unfinished version online. It was in 3D, looking similar to N64 games like Conker's Bad Fur Day and Banjo Kazooie (worse looking though).
Sounds a little like it could be from the DeusEx OST. Perhaps the same guy?

I still have the cd... yes, really. It's sitting right up there on the top of my desk, above my monitor.
And even nowadays it still works on most pcs and is a blast at lan parties..once the people admit it that they played it. come on EPIC make a third one! Still awesome tune, i also like the sugar rush one..yeeeeehaaww

This sounds SO MUCH LIKE the opening to The Nameless Mod (which is a mod for Deus Ex.) Alex Brandon made the soundtrack to this game as well as Deus Ex, didn't he? You can tell from a mile off.
