Raphael - In the game he had insanely fast attacks. In the show/movies/games... he's the badass rogue. How could you not like him?
My favorite turtle was always Leonardo. When I first saw the ninja turtles, I was a little kid and my favorite color was blue, so that instantly drew me to him, first. I also liked his two katana and thought he was just badass all around.

Mutsuhiko Izumi did this?! I don't see him credited for it anywhere; all I see are Kazuhiko Uehara and Harui Ueko. It does sound a bit like Jet World, though o.o;
This game is one of the best, no maybe even the best in it's genre. The boxart is amazing and quite accurate as to what occurs... Gotta go play it again soon, it's still awesome after 15 years...

No joke, all of the turtles except for Raphael were my favorite as a kid, but today I like Raphael more because, like me, he's a hothead.
The list is still sorely missing my favorite: Stage 7, Bury My Shell at Wounded Knee. Damn, that was a fine piece of music.
I always loved Raph's personality, but what a terrible guy to pick in any of the games - the handheld sai is a pretty crappy weapon, asking for death. So i've always pick either Donny or Leo in the games.

I have the entire soundtrack of this game, self recorded from the sound test via emulator. My favorite has to be the night level where you're surfing.

I think it's a good time to ask this: Who's your favorite TMNT? I've always been a fan of Michelangelo! Also, the first turtle design in 1983 had nunchakus so some people say he was the first ninja turtle created.
