as was stated, a beat-em-up game made by the folks at platinum games back when it was Clover. this theme in particular is for a fight against 5 sentai rangers, who are midgets. it's awesome
It's tied with Okami for my favorite game. You should check out the Video Gaiden review on it if you're even a little interested in the best game ever (in my opinion)
