A collection of my favorite videogame musics. Note that most of them are from games I played so I might miss some great ones from games I never played.

I got it with some other things for an event (i dont recall if it was christmas, easter or something else) and was quite sceptically. But i was positively suprised and loved the game. music brings back maaaany memories of exploring every bit of the game.... aaaaaaaaaaand many memories of beating up the poor kid within the first city just for fun lol
I never played LBA2, but I had the LBA1 demo. Running this playlist in the background triggered a memory from 20 years ago from this song, such good times.
I remember playing the demo and loving it, then I got the game I think for my birthday and...had no idea what to do or where to go. I'd definitely ike to give it another shot nowadays.
So apparently people bought the game after seeing this art cover? Haha thank you to whoever got it

+Sleepy Hound The art for this game is undoubtedly.. ehhhh. It's one of those games where you need to actually play it and see it in motion to experience its charm. It's an excellent game otherwise.
If you saw this in '94, you would would have gone crazy of excitement. 3D software render like this was a huge deal and something completely new to the personal computer. Granted, it did not age well, but think of it as "pixel art" - it has it's charm.
This game came with my first PC. In my opinion, this is the best game ever made for any console/PC. Such an amazing story and gameplay. I wish I could play it as if it was the first time, over and over again...

So calming, and I just adore the cover art, makes me pine of those simpler times back when with the not-so-glamorous-but charming 3D art, lol. And as an aside, Little Big Adventure, LittleBigPlanet? life sure does go in circles sometimes.

I remember playing this when i was around 7 years old and the game was sooooo hard!!!I never got past the Dome of the Slate. But i bought it several months ago and beat it within a week.

well that's still good.....so many awesome shooters and such from that year if thats what you like , i've been going back trying to find the full versions of every game from my dads old PC gamer discs....make some multiplayer coop for all of them, another value of older games, very easy to create something new out of it :)

I know....today its all fast paced punch punch shoot em up....though are good things to have in a game but what happened to the nostalgic story-line and puzzle solving!??!....its not like it'd be a challenge for todays ADD kids thanks to youtube walkthroughs :/

Joystiq just posted that LBA is getting a remake! Depending on sales, could lead to LBA3! If any game needs a modern comeback, it's this one. It is a game series that, mechanically, hasn't aged well, but is still so memorable and enjoyable to play in that world..
@coiwmlaw nope...Adeline Software was bought by Sega long time ago, they had a project for the next story bbut they never had the chance to release it....ohh...my childhood...

@Chinomareno OMG! I knooooow! :D I remember beating up the kindergarteners and when they sobbed: "OW! My big brother's gonna take care of YOU!" I was like bring it ON! What's he gonna do, huh!?!? Then I'd throw spitballs at the elephant and as soon as I stepped outside, there'd be a LINE of older brothers there to beat me! >.<" (Hated that I had to stand there and take it but I still would go back inside for revenge! heh heh :P)
I still remember how to beat the game, this is really the best game i ever play in my childhood times, and i still wondering will there be a 3rd game of the series.

@Childofthebong You can. I recommend you to use DOSBOX to play it. You don't need to use a virtual machine if you have a Windows Operating System installed.

I wish they would release a 3rd one. I can still remember playing those games as a little kid both of them had incredible story lines and pretty good graphics for that time.. I'm quite sure they could've come up with a 3rd one that would be just as damn good as the other 2 were... Why oh why did they never made a 3rd one :(

@ArturFernand There still might be hope for the series. Frederick Raynal, the original creator of LBA, is in the process of negotiating for the rights to make LBA3. He recently announced that he's making a sequel to Time Commando, so hopefully LBA3 will be next.
You could hump the cow grazing at the pasture with "X" and clovers would pop out... ehehehehe
It still works on windows XP at least, you just need a patch. Just search for "LBA 2 patch" on google.
I want LBA3 =( Sadly, the rigths of the franchise are with Activision now. They are too busy with Call of Duty and the thousands Guitar/Band/DJ Hero games

erm correction the character is called twinsen, the planet is named twinsun Twinsun because it hav 2 suns( Twin + sun) Twinsen because he is The "heir" ( play lba1 and you will know what is the heir)
Very decieving for a G rated looking game. I remember punching my pregnant wife in the face and kicking children around at the start. The fact you could beat anyone up was pretty cool, gave me good laughs as a kid. Worth re-releasing.

Its a pretty old game, and had really good graphics for its time. Its about a guy named twinsun who tries to help his cidnapped friends from his homeplanet. it has a great storyline and has never dissapointed me :). i hope its downloadable, cause i dont think its still available in stores. Hail LBA2.

omg. first vgm i really, really liked, before i came in touch with FF and the like. i remember sitting there just listening to the song while the game remained on some screen. nostalgic and vastly underrated.. still ranks among the top for me =) but i remember the end was ****ing hard. its an impossible game for a 9 year old to complete without immense amounts of cheating :D

in America it's Called Twinsen's Odyssey ONE OF THE VERY FIRST VIDEO GAMES I EVER PLAYED...IT WAS SO COOL!!!....too bad my disk is all scratched up...now it just serves has a disk containing the files that you can launch with windows media player or stick in a cd player to play the games music with no matter i'll just find and download the full game off the net of corse for that part ;)

Good game when I was a child, I don't know about now...haven't played it in many years....but yea, I remember listening to this song in a town, I think, trying to fiqure out what I was doing. This game was confusing and weird back then but I was always trying to figure it out so I could enjoy playing it.
