I played it with a friend of mine via an emulator and it was still no easy job
it would probaly be a cross between Rambo and the Alien movie that would be fucking awesome! as long as Uwe Boll isnt going to make it
I have a few requests for any Hollywood directors who happen to be watching this video. 1. You guys really need to make a Contra MOVIE. 2. Starring Ah-nold and Stallone. 3. The promotional poster should have them in these exact poses, vicious alien in the background and all. 4. Lots of action, that makes you feel like you're actually watching Arnold and Stallone kick ass on Hard Mode. NOT TOO MUCH TO ASK, RIGHT? :D
Me and my cousin as little kids took games like this all the time. We got through Contra and afterward we moved on to Battletoads. Together we were invincible! Separate we were screwed!

Together with Super Mario Bros. Contra was my first videogame ever. I fell in love with the graphics, the sound and the action! Great Choice :D
