Just to let you guys know, Sega made a HD version of Shenmue one and two two years ago and it's just........fucking sitting there, because they don't know if they will make the third one. I dont care if they made it or not, I want them damn HD REMAKES!!!!

Such beauty... I remember playing this when I was 7 years old and how driven I was to get revenge for the death of Ryo's father. Before playing the Shenmue games, I never cared for games that are all about the story. I played cheap super-hero games and loved them. After playing Shenmue and the Metal Gear Solid games, I realized that the most important thing a game needs is an amazing story that drives the player to play more and more. This game changed my life forever and I'll never forget it.

I agree. My older brother saw me playing it and he thought it looked boring. But I absolutly find the beuty of the game! This, Silent Hill and Tekken is the best games for me.
This is my favorite song in the game. Whenever I walked in the Da Yuan Apartments It gave an sweet peaceful vibe. Fits Xuiyings personality perfectly!
I never had or played a Dreamcast. I am wondering what great games are there for it. I am mostly a Puzzle / RPG fan. What do you think? I am considering getting rid of my Playstation 2- should I get a Dreamcast or Playstation 3.

The game should have went multiplatform then it would have made its money back. Maybe then we would have Shenmue 3 and 4 by now at least.

Shenmue was never really popluar.. Was never talked about much, sold less, seen by hardly anyone, who knows if three will ever see the light of day. I hope..
