Such a weird, kind-of-boring, but fun-to-watch/play game. I think I picked it up for nothing, used, probably one of the last times I ever bought something physically from a local GameStop. I really like the music, and just running around. The Main Protagonist is completely idiotic and most characters are voiced competently but annoyingly.
I found this game pretty awful, and never really liked the soundtrack. This song is decent though :).

That's so true. I bought this thinking 'Hmmm this looks fairly average' but I love me an RPG anyways. So I get home and and play it, and well, it was pretty average. Strange thing is I was finding myself sitting there for 6+ hours at a time playing the game. The battle system was fairly unique I thought, that coupled with the cheesy humor in the story and between characters was enough to keep me interested.
Even with these flaws I ended up enjoying this game when I played through it. My favorite part was the beginning of the game because of Makoto.
this game was overall mediocre, but not a bad game either. The worst part had to be the english voice acting. It was as if every line was accepted on the first take (frequent wrong inflections).
Yuki: Hm, Maybe selling Raigar for 2500TB was too cheap... Raigar: Cheap? Atsuma: Yuki! Uh...Raigar, you're hearing things again. Yuki: Yeah, clean out your ears! This comes out of my head once I hear this!

Despite how simple, cheesy, and crappy-for-it's-time this game was, it sure as hell was addicting.
@catbuffalo naw its not on the level of ffx but it does get addicting after awhile
Are the comparisons to ffx legit? Because this game came out at time when people were starving for jrpgs. The start of this gen was like a dust bowl for weeaboos so people could have been hallucinating.
I liked this rpg, was quite funny at some points. But I found this game to become drastically tough as you begin to near the end. You end up going through lots of training. My brother and his friend didn't think much of this and many other ppl don't think much about Enchanted Arms but I don't think it's awful, and it's quite addicting and I only ended up playing it by chance.
haha same i got stuck for a month but READ A GUIDE example google Enchanted arms guide and when u find 1 print it it helped me beat the game

um y did you call me an idoit dude i did nothing to you i just said the the bosses are going to be really hard later on in the game
Sweet! I have been playing this very game a lot the past few days! I am about to get Omega and crush the Ice Queen :D
if you think that is hard wait till you get to the bosses there going to piss you off big time my friend
It's not bad at all, really. It's not stellar, but it's very amusingly written - simultaneously using and breaking stereotypes. Battle is fairly strategic and a little unque, but can be unforgivingly difficult against a couple of the bosses. It's good overall, basically.
I really like this song. ^-^
I've heard almost nothing but bad things about this game. Anyone here particularly enjoy it, cause I'm looking for more good JRPGs to play if it's any good...
Wow, I just started this game yesterday! What a coincidence. I just finished Lost Odyssey (Ahrhhrhhr) and doin this right now. I feel it's a downgrade from LO obviously, but I'm going to give this game a chance! That song is pretty good! Feels very Londonian! ;)
The people of London City sure have good taste in their town/area music.
