I'm very excited for tomorrow's PS5 event. Just shower me with awesome trailers, gameplay showcases and game reveals. The one I'm most excited about is a potential Silent Hill reboot by members of the original team (including Yamaoka of course), that alone would make my day. Let's try to do some predictions: Silent Hill reboot, Demon's Souls Remastered, Resident Evil 8 reveal, Final Fantasy XVI teaser, new Ubisoft game reveal (Splinter Cell?), new Ratchet & Clank, Horizon Zero Dawn sequel, new Gran Turismo, and the final PS5 design won't be revealed.

I reckon hinting at FF7 remake on it as well. That whole FF7R is just a string leading to one of the parts being an exclusive release title for the PS5

I’ve got my fingers crossed for Gravity Rush 3! The creator said he wouldn’t bother with the series at least until the PS5 is out, so here’s hoping we see something.

THIS is the song I would always listen to first when I got into work for like two months of last year! One of those extended versions of Silent Hill OST that came up in my recommended once and never left. There's something so eerily soothing about those chords; they paint an atmosphere like no other music.

Gonna be let's playing this really soon! Not sure about ps2 or ps3 versions but...I can't wait. An incredible soundtrack, intriguing characters and an amazing story.

One of the most finely crafted games ever made and by far the scariest game I've ever played to the point where I've never completed it, but it's my number one game that I want to. Soundtrack is sensational.

i agree, in an age where sequels tend to suck or not live up 2 par. this is a GREAT series that repeated in a big way at the time

agthaog1986 - I mostly agree with you. The first three Silent Hill games are all masterpieces, and the fourth one was also good from what I heard. I just have never played it myself. But in the case of video games, the second game in a franchise tends to be one of the best/most loved and better than the first. Like Crash Bandicoot, Spyro, Syphon Filter, Silent Hill, Jak and Daxter, Uncharted, Sonic, Sonic Adventure, Skate, and a bunch of others. It’s not always the case tho.

@JFKTV yeah i heard good things about 4 as well. your absolutely right the 2nd usually is the best traditionally. I think what i was tryna say is (really in entertainment overall) that since the 90s or so i feel that "part 2's" haven't been as great. expecially after like mid 2000's id say...like u said syphon,spyro, crash....man those were the good old days.

I never even played silent hill (Horror makes me shit myself sideways) but its soundtrack is absolutely amazing! Totally unique style and some extremely recognizeable ones through the years. The lo-fi aspect, chords, everything. Thanks supra!
