A perfect summer tune to transport yourself on a sandy beach with a refreshing drink. I loved this kingdom with the freedom of running around the beach and diving in the vast underwater, just a feel-good level. A lot of people might also remember it for the volleyball mini-game, but I surprisingly didn't have too much trouble getting that moon (unlike the jump rope challenge in New Donk City).

I'm the other way, I got the jump rope moons easily but I had to use the 2p exploit for the volleyball ones.

The only theme that might slightly help me stop stressing about all the work I haven't been doing from my online classes at home. It's not that I'm lazy, I really just can't concentrate at all and any time I try and do any of it my brain just starts melting.

This world was definitely the superior of the two water levels in the game. It felt a lot more expansive and fun to explore than the lakeside kingdom *and* its music is a lot nicer to listen to imo.

I've read that Nintendo isn't planning a Direct anytime soon because they are having challenges in terms of their marketing team during this crisis. It's why they revealed Paper Mario through Twitter of all platforms, so at this point... anything is possible. I'd still bank on something huge like SMO2 being revealed during a later Direct though.

despite the amount of time I spent getting the volleyball moon (I once lost at 97), I never got tired or started hating this theme. I still gladly listen to it to help me calm down

Music alone made it one of my favs, but yea kinda bland when you look at it by itself. Hated the tedious squid boss fight.
