Part of the reason I love this game's soundtrack so much is the whole '90s vibe it has. The instrumentation mixed with the reverb is perfect. I can understand why composers rarely use reverb, but when used right it enhances the atmosphere/immersion and makes it feel like the music is being played inside the game's environment. Thumbs up to this game for winning the PS1 tournament in the Community section.

Reminds me a lot of Sonic CD’s soundtrack. That one also sounds very 90s-esque, and it’s my personal favorite album from the Sonic games. In other words, I need to try this game someday. Too bad it’s not on Steam.

I traveled to Japan to personally buy the Original Soundtrack to this beloved game...its all written in Japanese..but I don't care

I still expect a PC release for this game... I don't understand how they never did it before. Even a poor quality port would sell well.

I really love Castlevania music, and was very glad to see Symphony win the Community Contest. The one thing that always weirds me out is that despite the high quality of the whole soundtrack for this game, whenever I want to listen to Castlevania music I always go for more classic entries, like Aquarius or Wicked Child.

Maybe one day we will get a re-release of this game that actually adds the SEGA Saturn exclusive areas and their enemies back.

Man, I wish they'd release this on a Nintendo console already. I've played almost all the other Metroidvanias in the franchise, and want to give this one a whirl.

Just recently bought and beat Bloodstained. Working on 100% it right now, I had a lot of fun despite the game's enormous amount of jank. I might try and find something to play SotN on after I'm done with that.

I REALLY hope Konami releases some kind of Castlevania collection on PS4 with Aria of Sorrow & Dawn of Sorrow, that would be super dope. I imagine that they will at some point since they did SotN and Rondo of Blood, and I know they have another collection containing the originals, but Aria and Dawn of Sorrow are 2 of my 3 favorite Castlevania games, and it would only make sense to release them together. Or maybe a collection of the 3 DS games, Dawn of Sorrow, Portrait of Ruin and Order of Ecclesia. I guess that would make sense too.

Honestly, for me I can't stop thinking about re-playing these: - SoTN. - Dawn of Sorrow. - Portrait of Ruin. - Order of Ecclesia. - Bloodstained. They are all incredible.

@Ahmed360 I forgot to add bloodstained as well, I have been meaning to replay it on hard or nightmare difficulty for some extra challenge.
