One of my favorite games of the past years, I consider it a masterpiece. I'm glad it's getting a Switch release as it needs as much visibility as it can get, and I'll surely buy the physical version if there's ever one. The soundtrack is top notch as well, and exploring the bamboo forest of the Sapphire Ridge at night with this theme playing simply felt perfect.

I agree, this game is a zelda-like game that's extremely under the radar imo. The music is phenominal and the characters are fun. I should really get back to playing this game

This OST is SO good, great pick! I've been wondering, and this isn't an accusation or anything, but it seems like the composer REALLY liked Chrono Cross. Compare the track in the Bergen Hills vs. Predicament from CC, and the track in the lightning dungeon vs. Chonopolis from CC, for example. You can really hear the influence/homage there!

A lot of the tracks from this game remind me of Xenosaga 2 and 3. This is not one of them, but I wanted to say it anyway. can't wait until the physical versions of this game go up on amazon so I can get those as well for both ps4 and Switch. I already have the digital version, but I like having spares.

Yet surprisingly, i enjoyed them! I'm the kind of person who normally doesn't even like dungeons in games. Even ones on the shorter end of the spectrum like in Zelda games. Yet CrossCode's dungeons were so good, i didn't dread going into them at all. Good job, CrossCode.

I reckon Crosscode will be huge like Hollow Knight when it comes out on the Switch next year, it's a great game!

This game has been sitting in my steam library for a while. Im waiting for the right time to dive in, because I wanna explore everything the game has to offer. Being such a big game, I dont wanna start it unmotivated and just flake off halfway through.

They recently made NG+ and if I understood correctly they have special dialogue and cheats you can use in NG+. The game still is supposed to be getting a post game episode which they are still working on but they have added a boss/challenge arena too.

Its pretty time consuming if you want good up to date gear every zone, farming/questing/finding 5 new pieces of gear to stay up to date in every new area put me at 40 hours, even on my 3rd run through where i can do it pretty quick

So nice to see CrossCode getting featured on this channel! One of the rare games I bought on Early Access, and I didn't regret it. An obvious amount of polish went into it, and it shows. :)
