Ahhh, Wyndia, home of the Wing Clan and recurring kingdom in the Breath of Fire series. Breath of Fire IV's style was quite a departure from the previous games, so it actually felt good to see that Wyndia was still present. The first few notes of this theme were enough for me to feel right at home, ready to explore the town.

Yess! Bof4 is my favorite in the series and along with final fantasy 6 and xenogears are my favorite Sprite based games! Chrono trigger is good but i think it lacks something. Bof4 had such a good storyline with fou - lou and Ryu

Those chime sounds really remind me of the music in Undertale where you're among the glowing plants in the dark.

This game had an interest soundtrack, but despite some cool aspects and technical improvements, I did not enjoy it nearly as much as Breath of Fire 3.

I never liked the Artstyle of BoF III but I absolutely love IV. And although I own it I've never got around actually playing V.

you're not missing anything. V is the one you can scratch from your list. It's not the same quality as the previous 1st 4 titles

Vagrant Story. I think it is an interesting game I just never understood how it works.

The only best about this game is the OST but the game itself... There are a lot good songs, It's one of the best of ps1.
