I just love how each chapter of this game had its unique setting, story and characters. This one was memorable for many reasons, but I always liked spooky themed levels in video games. That and Viviane was my favorite partner in the game. I would love to have a Paper Mario collection for the Switch with the first 3 games in the series.

I missed out on all Paper Marios, so I would definitely purchase a re-release. I also would like to keep the genders of the ghosts as in the Japanese version, as unlikely as that may sound.

@Hefaestos This one is the real standout of the series. The first is cute and fun and worth a play, though not as deep; the third one is rough because the mix of RPG and platforming that's very easy, plus lots of back-tracking stretch out the gameplay even though the story was good. If you get a chance to pick up TTYD or even Paper Mario 64 on virtual console, I recommend them.

This might be a stretch, but I'm hearing a slight Amon Tobin inspiration in this one. Just some recognizable sounds.

Funny, I was playing this game today and finished chapter 4. This chapter is very terrible in terms of level design, but at least it had good storyline, music, and visuals.

BACKTRACKING I love this chapter but it's definitely the most flawed (well general white sucks) Still best game of all time.

This game is amazing. It's on my top 10 favorite of all time. The soundtrack is just insane.

Twilight Town was a really cool setting. This game was full of them. The backtracking in Chapter 4 got pretty annoying, but the story in it was great.
