What a great game this was. Honestly, I think slapping Star Fox on this game ended up hurting its popularity. This should have been Dinosaur Planet as first planned and the start of a completely new franchise. Such a great game should not be forgotten like it is, it's a real shame.

gotta disagree with you on that one. This game is painfully mediocre. Not terrible, but I'll probably never go back to it. Music is decent though!
SupraDarky sick upload for winter, my favourite track from this game and my 3rd favourite rare game! Just played it a couple years ago and the graphics are so good too. Rare was ultimate!

It was Rare's parting gift to Nintendo. A beautiful but flawed gift which should have remained Dinosaur Planet, I agree. Anyway, I have very fond memories of it. It's a small taste of what Rare could have done on GameCube, randomly wrapped together with some Nintendo franchise, probably because the Twycross guys weren't allowed to use their own IP for this last project.

Hell yeah, supradarky this is my jam. I use to go to this area and just sit around just to here this song. Definitely, one of my top David Wise songs.

By the way, I don't know if anyone has ever thanked you for doing this, but I am really grateful for these videos. There are so many games that I found out about through your list of music and have become some of my favorite of all time (Wild Arms and Undertale for example). So... Uh... keep up the good work!

It's a shame they changed a decent bit of this game to make it a Star Fox game when you can see the elements of Dinosaur Planet in there screaming to come out. Was still a good game just not at it's full potential. Dinosaur Planet fans got downgraded and Star Fox fans got...something that isn't Star Fox at all.
