The nostalgia is strong with this one. Back then, this game was nothing short of magical. It had this unique atmosphere that's hard to explain unless you played it back then. Flying around (especially as Birdman) felt both relaxing and frightening if that makes sense, I'd be in awe of the world and all its little details. I would pay big money for a new Pilotwings on Switch with updated graphics.

On an unrelated note for those who use Facebook, I just started a Nintendo characters popularity contest over there on my page. First battle is the classic Mario vs Luigi and the green one is actually winning! It will be fun to see who ends up winning the whole thing.

Birdman on Little States in evening is something I'd never forget as a gamer :) the fact you can spend hours on a game with no goal other than flying is almost the stuff of dreams.

I love this game... I used to tentando a lot the cartridge for my N64 when I was a teenager.
