What I wouldn't give for a new Shadow Hearts, especially something close to the first two games in terms of atmosphere, story and humor. This is one of my favorite games of all time after all. Mitsuda had some great themes in this game, but Hirota is the heart of this series' music and his style is immediately recognizable to me. This is quite a powerful battle theme.
Same, I would sell my entire family for a new Shadow Hearts game with the same turn-based+wheel of fate system but with nowadays graphics and settings. That would be so dope

This brings back memories <3 Unfortunately, I'm not a huge fan of the game's music as a soundtrack (i.e., independent of the game), but whenever I hear them, I get "flashbacks" to the context of the tracks, so they're sure memorable enough XD
There was a hint from the creator of Shadow Hearts Matsuzo Machida that he's actually creating a new game & even showed 2 artworks of the 2 characters that will be in the game, the story will be about the life of Yuri's father & the art is by the same artist of the Shadow Hearts series...I read that in Gematsu more than a year ago. "If" there is a new game in this amazing series I really hope it's made in the same way the first 2 SH games were, but I doubt the game will ever be made though :( All the market wants are "moe-cute-shonen-fanservice-school setting-VN" JRPGs more than anything right now.
