If you're itching for more Deus Ex and haven't played this game, then you shouldn't waste any time and buy it. I only played it a few years ago and it's still a great, memorable experience despite a couple glitches here and there. They really nailed the dark atmosphere and I feel like this theme represents it well.
SupraDarky And get all the patches, especially the community patches. They are a labour of love and improve the game a lot after it had to be abandoned by the developer.
I think many people don't know that the name of the genre of those games is "Immersive Sim". I myself just recently learned about that fact, but it helps to categorize such games =)
Never played this game, but song is awesome
Always wanted to get around to playing this one. It removed the only major flaw in Redemption imo, that game's terribly reckless AI, granted by removing the party mechanic completely heh. Plus, you get to play as any clan as a bonus, with some interesting features when using some, I hear (Redemption did a decent job of featuring all the clans as at least NPCs too though).
Hey supra got a game suggestion for you to check out the music: Chroma Squad. I've enjoyed the game and the music has been excellent.

I love it. This one and the Hollywood song are my favorites in the game, and since they're both hub zones, you get to hear them a lot.
Might be a funny thing to say about a FPS-RPG hybrid, but for my money this is the last great "classic" CRPG.
I especially like the Hollywood Theme from this game.
I'm not going to play it again, but I might go watch a blind playthrough of it again, if I can find a new one.
This is the stuff of dreams. I use it in my Vampire - The Masquerade session. This is the most atmospheric "dark city" music that has ever existed!
Dammit SupraDarky, I too must reinstall this game and play it to completion. Everything about this game still continues to blow me away to this day. A shame it was ultimately unfinished but at least the community as done mod patches that help it out.
I loved this game.
Really a far better game than it had any right to be. Unfortunately for it, it released the same year as Half Life 2 and got NO recognition for how amazing it is. Absolute sleeper hit. If you haven't played it, you're wrong.
It was somewhat buggy and the perfomance as not the best though. But it did atmosphere so much better than HL2.

It is the best adaptation from the Table top system + setting. And the game by itself is amazing.
