I consider the SNES era the golden era of video games. I hope we get to experience something as wonderful again. So many really good games with a lot of "personality" and "dedication" invested in them.
criminally underrated game
Terranigma Hell yeeeessssss!!! This OST together with Chrono Trigger and FF6 are just the pinnacle for me. But Terranigma especially has some of the most beautifully melancholic tunes, there's a real sadness to the music that's unique amongst JRPG's.

Just like the previous year, 1995 was amazing in terms of video game releases. Most notably to me of course was Chrono Trigger, my favorite game of all time. Then you have other games like Yoshi's Island and Secret of Evermore which are both in my Top 30 of all time, but also DKC2, Panzer Dragoon, Command & Conquer, Tactics Ogre , Phantasy Star IV, Tales of Phantasia, Suikoden... to name a few. I remember being the most frustrated about Terranigma not coming out here in NA, eventhough Europe had it. It's too bad Quintet is gone, they really had that unique touch in all their games.
