I really want to try out this game... but what platform is the best for it ? I wanna think on steam, but I like physical release and I have the amiibo... So ? PS4, 3DS/Wii U or steam ? Are the DLCs available on every system ? (for free ?)

Have always had a special fondness for this theme. I especially love the echoey sounds in the start.

This was the moment that I put down my Wii U Game pad and just listened for several minutes. Little did I know that I would do this several times throughout the game. Such a good soundtrack!!!

Shovel Knight quickly became one of my favorite games of all time. Every track is SO good. Can't wait for the other Boss campaigns :)

To me the only ones that are really forgettable are the knights' boss themes. Probably because they're slight remixes of these already amazing themes. Jake Kaufman really is the man of music :D

Easily one of my favourite tracks from Shovel Knight. The boss battle music with Mole Knight is awesome too. I was actually considering arranging some Shovel Knight stuff for my saxophone quartet, and this is near the top of the list. Excellent game, excellent music. Jake Kaufman knows what he's doing.

You know it's an awesome game when you've played both campaigns twice (Shovel Knight and Plague Knight) and are still excited to get back to it once the Specter Knight DLC comes out (and then King Knight!). New music would be very much welcome as well as it's such a great soundtrack.

It goes to show how much love this game has gotten since the Kickstarter launched for it a couple years ago. It is one of the finest platformers i have ever played. Perfect gameplay, just the right amount of difficulty, and an absolutely awesome soundtrack

Couldn't agree more here. Though I'd add mention of the tons of hidden rooms, details and easter eggs. Also, the musical themes (while awesome on their own) are oh so perfect for the levels and bosses they play for. The DLC is nice btw, but... Ehh... maybe I'm jaded, but I'd like the team to make a new game as well and not just endless DLC.

actually the music is getting a complete rework for spectre knight if im not mistaken
