Super hard game after the water level. Totally crazy last 2 levels with super damaging enemies and confusing levels.

Leonardo and Donatello fan here! And I grew up with the 80s Turtles, too. Anyway, yeah, this song is pretty simple yet catchy too. I remember it alright!

I find it very unique that many memorably bad or unplayably hard games usually would have one of the best soundtracks for instance silver surfer and dragons lair nes had great music but we're incredibly difficult

Short but classic theme full of nostalgia. I played so many hours of this game as a kid, but never beat it. Do I have to mention the underwater stage? I put Funuhashi as the composer, but he only composed half the soundtrack and no one knows who did the rest, including this Overworld theme. I'm not a fan of the latest TMNT movies... I'm a 1990 TMNT movie fan. Oh, and Michelangelo is definitely the best turtle.

Loved that you say Mikey. Even though Donny had the range down pat,Mikey would get a power boost if he was close to KO(IIRC).....No matter how hard this game was,this is part of my youth.
