Such a great game ... Remember playing it back in the day on my gamecube after work ( yes i'm old ) Spoilers incoming ..... Getting to the end of Sylvarant ... The final tower ... Almost beaten the game ........ Just to find out ( in a huge plottwist ) that you are only at the halfway point 😊 They sure don't make them like this anymore ( minus a few exceptions. . Xenoblade anyone ? )

I just completed my second runthrough of your list. Was even better than the first. I have been going through and adding games to my wishlist on completionator.com based on the songs here. I plan on doing another runthrough soon.

This is my all time favorite videogame. It has a special place in my heart probably because O played this young.
Is there something wrong with the recent Steam release of this game? I quickly glanced at the user reviews and they're surprisingly bad! I loved this game for the GameCube, it might be my favorite in the series actually. I still have a lot of games in this series to catch up on though. This and Dry Trails have always stood out in this game because of how relaxing they are. Love it!
The problem was mostly the port. Didn't run optimally or have 60fps or some such. I don't think there were actual bugs but I may be wrong. But yeah, most of the reviews were about the port itself rather than the game, though ToS admittedly hasn't aged the best over the years.
+SupraDarky The PS3 version already ran worse than the gamecube version. Somehow. And for some reason the pc port is a port of the PS3 port and that's just insane.

+SupraDarky Kaldaien fixed everything except the 30 fps: https://steamcommunity.com/app/372360/discussions/0/412446292759260120/ It looks way better than the Gamecube version can ever look even with emulation, thanks to the mod. Plays great too. Without the mod, the port is utter trash.
+SupraDarky I recently played through the port, and I've beaten the GC version 12 times now. The problem with the port is that it's based on the PS3 version, which doesn't run at 60 FPS and there's a few bugs here and there, especially with dialogue. The bugs aren't too major, but will require you to Google if you do encounter them, particularly with hidden titles. The 30 FPS is extremely noticeable if you're used to the GC version. It's so bad to the point where you should really just stick with the GC version. The port doesn't really add much new content, some titles and hi-ougis for everyone that the NA GC version didn't have but nothing major. It also has bad resolution options, and just lacks a lot of the finer parts of the GC version that you can fix some things with mods.
Yes, both videos yesterday were not real. I made the Metroid Prime 4 music by using Metroid Prime 1's elevator theme, reversing it and playing with various effects (pitch, reverb, delays, etc.) which turned out to be pretty good! As for the Best VGSFX series, while it seemed to actually fool a lot of you, I honestly don't believe I have the right ressources to provide an ongoing list of quality SFX as they can be hard to find or produce. But who knows, maybe someday I will revisit this concept and make it a smaller project, like these Top lists and other side projects I did! I will only add the "April 1st" tag to the MP4 video for now.
