Koshiro did some magic on the Genesis with this series' soundtrack (and a lot of other games). For some reason, since I've played the first Deus Ex, I keep being reminded of it when the low synth at 0:30 starts. There must be similarities with a specific theme from Deus Ex, maybe the progression, I don't know. Maybe it simply reminds me of something Alexander Brandon would have composed on the Genesis.
The music is so good that it has a seperate copyright notice at the bottom of the title screen!
