Man, almost every single Wild Arms Tune, whether from 1, 2, 3, or other games I haven't played always make me stop and wonder... "where is this beautiful music from?" Great work SupraDarky for the upload and even greater work to Masato Kouda for composing this.
Such a peaceful and yet eerie track. I thoroughly enjoyed Wild Arms 4, despite some of its rather goofy cast of antagonists.
Does the melody that starts at around 2:33 remind anybody else of Scarborough Fair?

That very last bit starting at 5:13 until it ends sounds so freaking familiar.

Mmm, I love the hints of Scarborough Fair in this.
The boy at the front reminds me a bit of Tormod from the Fire Emblem series...
+DissociativeIdentity They look similar, and they're both pretty rambunctious, but that's where the similarities end. People have mixed opinions on Jude but I quite liked him. Sure, he's a child and a bit of a rascal at times, but he's self-aware of the fact, and makes every effort to grow throughout his journey. He still has that childlike simplicity about him - naïve, but sincere, and not afraid to call out the elephant in the room. Of course, the plot isn't exactly the game's saving grace, but that's just my take on the little guy.
Nothing better than a multi-part track. Makes me think that someone might go Desperado at any moment.
Wild Arms 4 is a really good game, but i played Wild Arms 5 before, so now i always miss WA4 even if this two game are really good !
Pretty relaxing
Kouda really nailed this starting town theme. The first half gives the classic peaceful vibe, then there's the second half that's just as calm until the big hint at 3:41 that everything might not stay still for long. There are actually more than a couple multi-part tracks in this game, it's something I myself tend to do when composing.
Hey Gabe, i was wondering if it would be better to start with the first Wild Arms game or does the story arc over several games? I have wanted to play these games but I wasn't sure what game to start with.
@Eric C. I've played 3,5,and 1 in that order. No huge story arc happening with Wild Arms.
@Eric C. This isn't a series that really needs to be played in chronological order, but that's still what I'd recommend doing.
If I might ask, do you compose for a living or is it more of hobby?
@Eric C. Like everyone else stated, theres really no order you need to take in playing this series, but I'd save Wild Arms 5 for last, for it has cameos of all the lead characters from Wild Arms 1-4 in it, just my two cents.
