I remember this theme back in the day when this game first came out and I was in the arcade as a kid. I picked Yoshimitsu first out of all the other ckaras cause of the fact he looked the most badass. I think it was like the 3rd round I had to do a mirror match and this theme came on. the forest as well as two samurai like fighters going at it. I still play Yoshimitsu to this day too ^^
Yoshimitsu is my favorite Tekken character. Yoshimitsu had the best theme in this game next to Nina's runway model theme. I wish Tekken music sounded remotely like this rather than the horrible dubstep going on right now.

This music quickly stood out when I played the game. I like the calm buildup leading to an energetic theme. Not only is this my favorite mainline Tekken title, but it also has my favorite soundtrack. I'm guessing some of you watched today's Nintendo Direct? I'm glad we're getting Majora's Mask 3DS, it will be a nice reason for me to revisit the game, something I haven't done since its release. Maybe I'll enjoy it more this time as it's always been my least favorite 3D Zelda.
Tekken 2 is also my favorite in the series with the best soundtrack (loving both, Arcade and Arranged). I can't find any other game soundtrack that sounds like this (well, Tekken 1 maybe), which is sad. I guess I could go by the composer and look up other games he worked on at that time? Anyways, Yoshimitsus theme is definitely one of my favorites from this game!
I got Tekken Tag Tournament for the PS2 at a flea market sometime ago and i really enjoyed playing it. The fighting was very satisfying and the fighters overall were pretty good too. Also, I really like this song alot.
