this is the most hilarious jrpg i've done with Disgaea and Mana Khemia xDD
I bought this game back when it came out in 2005, but i never actually played the whole thing, i just played most of the beginning. But damn, when i heard this song just now, i immediately remembered it playing during the game. Wow, such nostalgia! I really should play the game somehow, or watch a playthrough. Thanks supra, its amazing to see your best vgm series reach such a high number!
Well, yay! 2 full listens through every single song on the list. Except for everything added since my first listen-through, only listened to those once. But still, I alone have added over 2000 views to this channel. Neat.
This game is such a hidden gem. Man, even after over 3 playthroughs, i still don't think i got all 170+ recruit characters, and i especially loved how all of them had such unique personalities.

I would totally go for another Iwadare-composed RPG too. If it's any consolation, he has also composed for the Ace Attorney games. The soundtrack from the latest game, Dual Destinies, you can very clearly tell has his unique style.
Ist this game in anya way related to Radiant Historia? I just clicked the video and expected some Radiant Historia music masterpiece because the name looks so similar xD But instead I got some Radiata Stories music masterpiece :D
As far as I know, there isn't a connection between the two games besides the somewhat similar names. Don't worry though, I've made the same mistake of mixing up the names.

I picked this game up off of ebay like a year and a half ago, haven't gotten around to playing it yet though. Definitely sounds like Iwadare immediately, but I find it odd that he composed for a Tri-Ace/Squeenix game.
I did enjoy of what i could play, howeer the main characters attack voice makes me so annoyed! HUH HAH HAEEYA, HUH HAH HAEEYA But someday ill try again.
I say this every time you upload a track from this game, and I'll say it again here: This game is a hidden gem that everyone should go back and play. Wonderful soundtrack, whimsical humor, and well-done schedules for so many characters. It's one of the few games I've played where you can actually have several playthroughs that vary considerably in what you experience.

The title was "Ratata Stories" for a couple seconds by mistake, but now I actually wish we had such a game.
It doesn't take long to know this theme is composed by Iwadare thanks to his great, unique style. This summer surfer-style theme quickly gets into your head when you play the game. I could really go for a new RPG composed by him (I specifically miss those from the defunct Game Arts).
I really found this theme refreshingly easy to listen to. I truly need to listen to more music from Iwadare. He really is one of the more underrated VGM composers at least in my opinion.
You scared me for a bit. Game Arts is still around, they just do limited work these days. Wish they would do a modern day remake of Lunar 2 already and allow Grandia 2 be a PS2 classic or better yet, HD remaster the Dreamcast version.
I was almost thinking radiant historia when I saw the picture,one, because of the name and two that the three characters almost look like stock, raynie, and marco.
@xOmniCloudx Amen to that! They're remade Lunar 1 several times now, but Lunar 2 was my favorite in the series.
