If Bloodlines 2 can replicate only one thing from the original, I'd just love for it to be the atmosphere; there are few games that feel like home to me, but somehow, these dark and shady streets do, mainly because they feel so real; they ooze real personality. Can't wait to Toreador the place up again.

For me Velvet ranks in at number 3 or 2 (depending if you're willing to count hentai) for most beautiful video game females of all time. Cammy White from Street Fighter is number one and Carrera from Viper GTS is second.

Clearly trip-hop-esque. Which actually fits well in a VGM, I don't know why so few composers try it.
Dues Ex is a great game but it's not the "standard" in this genre by any means. While I did enjoy this game mostly due to the insanely awesome OST, I thought the rest of it was a bit...dull. A lot of good ideas, but not enough polish. I know the game didn't get the full attention it deserved but just imagine if it did !!
This music makes me want to walk around the seedy parts of LA on a summer night, getting into trouble for fun and profit.
This was a pretty decent attempt at delivering both the storytelling and RPG mechanics of the tabletop VtM to video gaming. Of course there are limits to how well you can do that to begin with, but having some history with the original tabletop games by White Wolf, I was at least somewhat satisfied with what they did in order to relate the source material while making a game of their own.
Ah the first meeting with VV, i was instantly enchanted by the music. Fantastic game and there are still patches released on a regular basis. If you look for a dark and athmospheric Action-RPG play VtMB, one of the best games ever made!

Never played any of the Vampire The Masquerade games, but I have stumbled upon their songs on here at times and they are really interesting sounding. I like the vibes in them.

Is the Steam version bug free? I remember playing the game but not finishing it because it became almost unplayable near the end.
Download community patch its still being updated, now its ver 8.8
I played it with the community patch, but that was a couple years ago. Kinda sucks that I had to stop playing but I encountered too many gamebreaking bugs. I might give it another chance, it's a really good game.

I'm glad I played this game after all these years (thank you Steam!), it was a very memorable and fun experience despite a list of negatives. Excellent atmosphere and it's always nice to play something that feels similar to Deus Ex.
My god this song just oozes Deus Ex vibes. I really need to listen to that game's soundtrack as I have heard so many great things about it. Also, I have a lot of respect for Alexander Brandon. Also Gabe, how are things going along with Dust: An Elysian Tail?

Unfortunately the game suffered from a rushed schedule despite the kind of 'dream team' build up at troika to develop it. If it was made today, we'd have probably seen a kickstarter made in order to save it and get a much more complete game.
My only problem with this game was playing for ages and dying in the haunted hotel. Then realizing I had forgot to save...... Damn elevator shafts, I knew it was a bad idea to climb around in them....
