The last console I owned was an snes... great console, but I'm part of the PC master race now. I'd really like to see more console games on PC personally. Many would do really well on steam I think.

+Fernando Davalos I'm just kidding obviously. However the "PC master race" meme does refer to the hardware, not the games. Tons of fantastic games on console platforms. Many of which are under represented on PC.

Can you read my mind? Since last week i am into the ys series too, and listen to the awesome soundtrack of ys seven all day. The Oath in Felghana is my favorite Ys title so far.
This is one of my favorite games ever, though I don't like the rest of the series besides I & II. Maybe I'm just old school...
Which Ys games have you tried? Have you played Ys 4: Dawn of Ys? The gameplay uses the bump system that 1+2 use
Only Ys game I every played was Ys Origins on steam, it is an awesome game!
As a fairly new fan of this series, I'm looking forward to playing the new Ys: Memories of Celceta once I get a Vita. It'd be great to have a PC port though so everyone can play it through Steam, it's the main reason I got to really try this series out.
You'll like Memories of Celceta. Extremely fun and quite challenging on harder difficulties.

I really like this song. I would recommend listening to the OST for Ys IV: Dawn of Ys. I really enjoyed listening to it last year and I think you would enjoy it, Gabe. Just warning you: it was fairly difficult to find a complete playlist for it on Youtube. If you are able to find it, kudos to you as it is easily one of the best soundtracks for its time in terms of sound quality.
Gahhh don't remind me, after playing all the Ys games available on Steam but knowing there are so many more out there that I can't play without a Vita, I was left so empty.
@***** Honestly, I haven't played any other Y's games besides Memories of Celceta, but I have I and II on Steam just waiting to be played XD Some of the bosses in MoC kicked my ass multiple times, but the curve is fair. Patience is a virtue when it comes to this game.
@Falcom NPC Nice comment! I've already finished all the Ys games on Steam. I'll definitely want to play Ys Seven at some point, and I've always had interest in trying out the Legend of Heroes games.
Sony getting so many of the titles only on the Vita has made me hate software exclusivity for consoles more than ever. I'm not buying your hardware I don't need or want to have software available to me.
@totlyepic That's actually how they manage to sell stuff to people that have no need of them... Nintendo bought me with some Zelda games, Sony for thoses games... I often buy the original copy of the game (cause, it's great to tell developpers I love their games), and then find 'em on PC with emulator version.
